Your organization's approved AI assistant — available directly within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. All data remains within your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant.

Submit a Business Justification Request
If you have a valid business requirement for an AI tool not currently sanctioned, you may submit a formal request via ServiceNow. All requests require manager approval and an IT Security review before access is granted.

Submit a ServiceNow Ticket
Open a request ticket with the AI tool name, business use case, and data classification of information you intend to use with the tool.

Manager Approval
Your direct manager will receive an approval request. The ticket will not progress without explicit manager sign-off.

IT Security Review
The IT Security team will assess the tool's data handling practices, compliance posture, and risk level against company policy.

Access Granted or Denied
Upon approval, the tool will be sanctioned and access will be enabled through Netskope policy. You will be notified via email.
